Persist every inbound webhook into an append-only SQLite WAL outbox with `UNIQUE(idempotency_key)` before invoking any LLM or external API.
Validate every model response against a strict JSON schema; route low-confidence or high-impact mutations to a signed 1-click human approval webhook.
Run on a single $5-$12/mo Linux VPS under systemd supervision with zero per-task SaaS overage charges.
